Mantis Shrimp Rainbow

Posted on September 30, 2014

I made this rainbow mantis shrimp drawing / textile design to be printed on tshirts for a Canberra street-wear company. I was inspired by the Radiolab’s Colors episode and very excited when they reblogged me on their Tumblr!

Nature Drawings with Sue Lovegrove

Posted on July 8, 2012

I did these three drawings in a workshop with artist Sue Lovegrove at ANU. I really enjoyed working with her and finding inspiration in nature.

A charcoal drawing responding to the texture of a pine cone crumbling.

A synesthesia drawing of the sound of a swamp at night.

Paint War Design

Posted on November 17, 2011

I created this kit for a Paint War event, party, activity, or game in which people compete in teams to cover designated targets (on other people) with paint. Paint War is intended to unite people through the colorful chaos of paint. I made this in response to a ReDEFINE MEDIA design project.

The party kit includes tubes of washable paint, target shirts, stickers, and invitation postcards. It arrives in a can of paint.

Bellow are the target graphics I used for the shirts  and the stickers.
